APPLICATION:Suitable for stationery/OPP adhesive tape.
FEATURES: Centralized control panel: All operation controls. For this machine are centralized in a control panel.
Three-step length setting: This length setting provides extremely smooth rewinding operation to gives accurate rewinding length.
Automatic shaft change: Once the rewinding operation is accomplished, the machine will automatically perform shaft changes for convenient and efficient operations.
Crowed stretch roll: The stretch roll is specially designed with a crowned shape for accurate tape tracking and proper tension control that completely eliminates material wrinkling.
Pneumatic knives: This unit is fitted with 3" pneumatic knives,
permitting the slitting of a variety of topes. The knife positions can be adjusted in left/right directions and the pressure of the pneumatic knives can be adjusted to suit tape material variation.
Keep noise to minimum: The jumbo roll's pressure roll reduces noise to a minimum while in operation.
